With the right support you can accomplish anything and as your Doula I look forward to supporting you along this journey. My name is Kathleen, but many call me Kat. I am originally from Canada and have become 'Cana-Svensk' after residing 30 years in Sweden. I live on the outskirts of Stockholm with my husband, 3 children and a labrador.

Pregnancy and Birth is such a magical experience and has been a passion of mine since childhood. I had wished to follow in my mothers' footsteps and work on maternity so after the birth of my second child, I began to work towards living that dream. Working as a Practical Nurse on Antenetal, Delivery, and Maternity, I have enjoyed caring for parents. I studied to be a Doula 2017 via Förlossnings Gruppen to support parents in having a meaningful memory to last a lifetime.

There is no right or wrong way to give birth but with different tools, creativity, flexibility, attention and support together will be able to find the way that works best for you.
